These are the plucky souls who risk life and limb traversing the outer regions of space and time to capture those tales which make their way free of the interdimensional pull.

T.W. Anderson–Editor in Chief and Founder of Marginal Boundaries

T.W. Anderson started his career as a freelance writer in January of 2008 after he moved with his wife from Colorado, United States to Sofia, Bulgaria. Since then he has sold a handful of stories to various zines and has had his fiction work appear in fantasy RPG games like Academagia and a forthcoming science-fiction MMORPG from an independent developer.

He has had a love for fantasy and science fiction since he first read The Hobbit at the ripe young age of 5, and since then has proceeded to read everything he can get his hands on. He is an avid D&D enthusiast (all versions are great), and has been enjoying MMORPGs since the mid-90s, both as a roleplayer and a hardcore gamer, leading several guilds to worldwide success in games like EQ2 and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. He enjoys video games of all kinds, as well as a wide variety of TV shows. He loves wine, cheese (not that pasteurized American crap), and traveling throughout Europe with his wife. He is also an avid backpacker and hiker. He continues to write short fiction, and is working on the pre-requisite first novel, the first in a series of four novels with an adventure fantasy setting.

In addition to his dabbling in fiction , T.W. Anderson has a full-time career as a freelance writer specializing in travel writing, content generation, MMORPGs, video games, and home improvement writing based upon his experiences as a third-generation craftsman. For a more detailed look at where you can find his non-fiction work you can read up on his bio over at Complete Writing Solutions.

C.A. Keller–Assistant Editor

C. A. Keller was born in Eugene, Oregon during the summer of 1976.  She discovered a love of books early but it was a chance encounter with the movie Clash of the Titans that kicked off a long-standing love affair with mythology and monsters.  Raised in an obsessively literate household, where books were acceptable accessories at the dinner table, a move to rustic and rural Alton, Missouri at the age of twelve instilled within her the motivation to start writing.  Writing became a habit and then a sustaining passion rivaled only by her devotion to performing music.

Upon graduating from high school she enrolled in a nursing program at a nearby Job Corps and left the program with three full nursing certifications.  She returned to Eugene, to work her way through a music degree but was brought up short by unexpectedly failing health.  During an extended period of convalescence she was properly introduced to the second edition of Advanced Dungeon and Dragons.  She quickly assumed the role of dungeon master and put her love of detailed story-telling to good use by developing her own campaign world.  After undergoing life-saving surgery in 2005 she resumed her pursuit of higher education, determined to make something of her new lease on life.

She undertook the opportunity to study abroad in 2007 and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Dundee, in Scotland.  In May of 2009 she was recruited to work for Daverana Enterprises as a copy editor and was then promoted to serve as the chief editor of Flashing Swords Magazine.  Although the magazine has been closed due to financial concerns, she is still editing Fantasy novels and single author anthologies on Daverana’s behalf.

When she is not indulging her love of the written word, music and gaming of all types she can be found in her kitchen, cooking for friends or creating art and crafts in various mediums.  She also enjoys spending time outdoors in and around Dundee, taking landscape and floral photographs in the company of a charming and highly cynical Scotsman.  She is expected to graduate from the University of Dundee in June and to have a novel ready for the submission circuit in 2010.

Shawn C. Neely–Assistant Editor

Shawn C. Neely is another up-and-coming author who is also an English professor teaching for one of the most prestigious universities in the United States, affiliated with the government. We’d love to tell you more than that, but if we did we’d have to kill you. No, seriously.

Shawn has been published at places like Flashing Swords and Abandoned Towers, and has other works forthcoming.
