George Tanev

George lives in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is a graphic designer, art direct for an Israeli company, and pursues illustrations and art in his spare time. His work can be seen in this thread.

Ertan Nihat Musov

Ertan lives in Varna, Bulgaria, where he graduated in Internal Design. He illustrated the Kingdom of Fairy Tales series by Bren Publishing House and has worked for Kameya Publishing House. Despite defining himself as primarily a fairy tale illustrator, he has contributed pieces to more mature books as well – the Talasamia 2003 anthology, Angelina Ilieva’s ebook Legends of the Guardians of the Three Gates (http://johanvladimir.com ), the Bulgarian edition of The Last Unicorn and The Dreaming Jewels, the FantAstika 2007 and 2008 almanacs, the Tolkien’s Deck project. Some of his pictures have been displayed at various exhibitions with fantastic and mythological themes. One of these took place as part of Eurocon 2004, which was held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Kalina Atanasova

Kalina lives in Varna, Bulgaria. Her artistic background includes graduating from Radko Murzov’s children’s school of fine arts, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Graphics and doing a specialization in illustration at the University of Veliko Tarnovo, participation in various exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad as well as illustrating several books.

Currently, Kalina does graphical design, illustrations and historical reenactments. She is a member of the Zemlemoria SF Club in Varna and one of the founders of the Chigot Association for Historical Reenactments. Her works can be seen at http://badamba.wordpress.com.

Stefan Vasilev

Stefan lives in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. He is a member of the Lights Amidst Shadows Fantasy Club in the town and an author and illustrator in the club’s recent collective novels  – Aurelion: The Coin, The Game, Divna. He has also contributed illustrations to the FantAstika 2007 and 2008, and the Bulgarian edition of The Dreaming Jewels.

Right now, Stefan is working on The Temple, which is Lights Amidst Shadows‘ next novel, and on a computer game providing background to the Aurelion series. Some of his works can be seen at http://choveshkata.net/blog/?page_id=225 and various other pages on http://choveshkata.net.
